Los Angeles Clippers Notes, Quotes 2009-03-11
--With center Chris Kaman back, Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy scribbled out his 29th different lineup in 64 games. That is 10 fewer lineups than the Clippers used last year, when they led the NBA in that dubious category.

--Clippers forward Zach Randolph had a strong game against Cleveland, with 20 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. But Randolph likely is bemoaning his decision-making on the Clippers' last offensive possession, when he shot an air-ball on an extremely long three-point field-goal attempt. Randolph had enough time to come in closer and perhaps enough time to spot a more open teammate.

--Clipper coach Mike Dunleavy's declaration that he can find 32 minutes apiece for post players Chris Kaman, Marcus Camby and Zach Randolph now can be put to the test since for the first time, the three players are healthy at once. In the loss to Cleveland, Kaman played 29-1/2 minutes, Randolph played 36 minutes and Camby played just under 26 minutes off the bench.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "Obviously, it's disappointing to play as well as we did for the first three quarters and (not) finish it off." -- Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy, in the aftermath of the team's loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
