
--During Mike Dunleavy's tenure as head coach, the Clippers consistently have ranked at or near the bottom in the league in three-point field goal shooting percentage, three-pointers attempted and three-pointers made. The percentage and the number of makes might not rise significantly this season but the attempts may go up, now that three-point launchers Jason Williams and Steve Novak are on the roster.
--Before the season begins, the Clippers hope to move all of their executive offices and the entire basketball operations over to their multi-million dollar private practice center in Playa Vista. The multi-purpose facility was a promise made to Dunleavy when he was hired as the coach in the summer of 2003. Team president Andy Roeser touts it as the NBA's finest practice facility. --The Clippers' exhibition game schedule features five games at Staples Center and an October 9 game in Fresno, against the Lakers.
