ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Baron Davis; shooting guard Eric Gordon; small forward Al Thornton; power forward Zach Randolph; center Marcus Camby. Bench -- Guard Mardy Collins; forward-center Paul Davis; guard Jason Hart; guard Mike Taylor; center DeAndre Jordan; forward Steve Novak
PLAYER NOTES: --C-F Marcus Camby really has stepped up his intensity on the boards in the continued absence of starting center Chris Kaman. Camby has slid over from the power forward position with Kaman out. Camby had a season-high 19 rebounds and a season-high seven blocked shots against Minnesota.
--G Mardy Collins is getting more playing time with the Clippers than he did at the start of the season with the New York Knicks. While giving the Clippers a physical presence defensively in the backcourt, Collins had an offensive breakthrough against Minnesota, scoring a season-high 14 points in 27 minutes off the bench.
--G Eric Gordon has to be careful to not force shots if he feels he is not getting enough offensive opportunities. The rookie was inserted into the starting lineup immediately after veteran Cuttino Mobley was traded to the Knicks. However, in the Clippers' offensive scheme, unless a play specifically is called for Gordon, he is at best the fourth option, after Zach Randolph, Al Thornton and Baron Davis.
MEDICAL WATCH:
--C Chris Kaman (plantar fasciitis in left foot) has missed the last five games. He is expected to be out at least another five days.
--G Ricky Davis (tendinitis in left knee) continues to be out indefinitely.
