ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Baron Davis, Shooting guard Eric Gordon, Small forward Al Thornton, Power forward Zach Randolph, Center Marcus Camby. Bench -- Guard Fred Jones, Forward Steve Novak, Guard Rickey Davis, Center DeAndre Jordan.
PLAYER NOTES: --F Al Thornton admits that he is struggling with consistency from game to game. "I have to figure out a way to fix that," he said. "But sometimes it's me and sometimes it's just the other guy playing better."
--F Zach Randolph said he still is not 100 percent healthy from the left knee injury that caused him to miss 19 games. "I'm getting close," Randolph said. "Just give me a couple of games after the All-Star break and I'll be right."
--G Eric Gordon has been the model of consistency, at least as far as scoring. Gordon has scored in double-figures in a team-best 26 consecutive games. Since his last single-digit scoring performance, Gordon has raised his points-per-game average from 9.1 to 14.4. MEDICAL WATCH:
--G Mardy Collins (strained left calf) said he could have played against his former team, the New York Knicks, but remained out Wednesday for his 11th consecutive game for precautionary reasons.
--C Chris Kaman (plantar fasciitis left foot) is expected to increase his court activity next week in the hope that he can return not long after the All-Star break. Kaman now has missed 38 games.
--G Mike Taylor (fractured right thumb) has done well in his range-of-motion exercises and remains ahead of his projected return. Taylor hopes to be back immediately after the All-Star break because he has worked to maintain his conditioning while injured.
--C Marcus Camby (migraine) was held out of Wednesday's game against his former New York teammates.
